Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Season Honors. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Season Honors ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our") is a web-based platform that enables athletic commissioners, coordinators, and coaches to manage end-of-season athletic honors voting. The Service is operated by Season Honors App and accessible at seasonhonors.com.
The Service allows commissioners to set up voting seasons, invite coaches, manage nominations, facilitate peer voting, and publish results for athletic district, conference, and league honors.
Commissioners register at seasonhonors.com/signup.html by providing their name, email address, district or league name, and optionally their school name. A magic link is sent to verify the email address. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to conduct the honors process for your district, conference, or league.
Head coaches and staff are invited by the commissioner or head coach via email. Coach accounts are linked to a specific season and school. Coaches do not self-register — all access is by invitation only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Magic links expire after 24 hours and can be used only once. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at seasonhonors@gmail.com.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Season Honors does not store your full credit card information. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Each payment unlocks one sport season for one commissioner account. A season includes unlimited coaches, nominations, and votes for that sport. Each sport season is purchased independently.
Promotional codes may be issued at our discretion and are subject to usage limits and expiration. Promo codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, please contact us at seasonhonors@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of documented technical failure on our part.
You may use Season Honors to conduct legitimate end-of-season athletic honors voting for your district, conference, region, or league. The Service is intended for use by athletic professionals in an official capacity.

Commissioners and coaches are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authorization to submit student athlete information (names, jersey numbers, grades, schools) to the platform. Do not submit personally identifiable information about minors beyond what is necessary for the honors process.
Published season results are retained and accessible in your account for 30 days after the results are published. After this period, season data may be purged from active storage. We recommend downloading your results (PDF or Excel export) before the archive expires.
We reserve the right to delete data from inactive or unpaid accounts at any time with reasonable notice.
By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your season (magic login links, phase notifications, results announcements). You may disable automatic phase notifications via the email notification toggle in the Season Control Center. Transactional emails required for account access (magic links) cannot be disabled.
The Season Honors platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Season Honors App. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the platform (coach names, player nominations, results). By submitting data, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data to operate the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Season Honors App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or disputes arising from voting results.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the season in question.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are used in a manner that harms other users or the integrity of the platform. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting seasonhonors@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users by email.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
